Overview

Dentistry on Solent was established in March 2017 by Dr Sejal Rai. Located in a quiet commercial area, her dental practice lacks foot traffic and publicity to attract new patients. And since hers is a new practice, funds were also limited. In fact, instead of hiring more people, she and her nurse were the receptionists themselves.

She knew that her expertise in dental medicine is not enough for her to gain higher patient volume and that effective marketing is essential for a new practice to generate exposure. Unfortunately, her previous partnerships with a

Solution

To start their marketing strategy, Mediboost first performed an audit on the website to determine which areas needed improvement to increase conversions. Thorough research was performed on the most relevant target keywords for the practice.

A new website was built with optimised content, tailored to their practice branding. An SEO campaign was implemented which included the building of new directory listings, publishing of relevant and informative articles regularly, optimisation of website pages, etc.

Call tracking system was also installed to measure the new patient calls generated from the website.
